2009 Instructor Membership Registration and IE-Q

Former IISA instructors must take the IE-Q to qualify as a USSG member. Registration is complete only after you have returned your IE-Q, survey and release. Membership and insurance expire on December 31, 2009. You will receive an email confirmation with instructions upon receipt of registration. Mail-in Registration form also available.
