| Instructor Examination (IE) Refund Policy | |||||||
| Cancellation Prior to 30 days before the exam, you may apply for a 50% refund in the case you need to cancel for any reason. To apply for a refund submit a written request to the USSG with a postmark or electronic date no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled exam date. No refunds will be given after 30 days and your only option is to reschedule. |

| Reschedule You may reschedule with no charge prior to 30 days from your exam date. After 30 days there is a $100 rescheduling fee. To reschedule, mail or email the USSG with your reschedule date and location. |
